The only reason for two stars is the decent chicken wings. Otherwise this place isn't worth it. Salad bar is always a mess. Men's restroom is always dirty. The last visit was pathetic due to all the dirty tables with dishes and uneaten food stacked on the tables. The night mgr last night was very inappropriate with a female guest. You could tell she was uncomfortable. It was obvious because she quickly asked for her food be boxed to go and left. I could go the rest of my life and be pleased with not eating here again. Sure will miss the wings!

They may not have the best pizza in town, but they have the best customer service.  When my pizza didn’t turn out well, they immediately made two new ones, doubling my order for free and I didn’t even have to ask, they just did it because they wanted me to have good food.  Best service in Beaumont!  Beats even Chick Fil A.  I will always go here for pizza because their sales are great and they care about people.  Way to Mazzio’s.

No one was keeping the tables cleaned. The place was filthy. My sister and her boyfriends pizza came with no marinara sauce. Horrible customer service and I’m not joking when I say this but I think our “waiter” was on drugs. At least he acted like it.

My pizza was amazing. I am very indecisive and Fibbie was patient with me and personally made my pizza to make sure it was correct. You can’t pay for that kind of service! Thank you so much!
