Terrible service. I trued to cancel 1 van & put on another van, But they never dropped the 1 van so I get billed for both & then they send it to collections terrible communication between them & progressive & I get caught in the middle never again. Run far away from rude people

Have been excellent to our family. They have always been friendly and worked hard to find us the best rates. I have never needed to shop around alone on my own thanks to their dutiful service.

Forget the other crap, this guy managed to cut my payments in half. I was getting raped by progressive on car and homeowners all along thinking i had the best coverage. Blah. 550 for two homes and two cars down to 238!

Checked with them for a Homeowner's Insurance quote - not only were they extremely friendly, but they went out of their way to find the best deal. Other insurance agencies quoted us at $950-$1100. McDaid was able to find us better coverage with lower deductibles ($500), at $550 a year!
