I needed assistance with closing the purchase of my home. I was discussing some of the details of the transaction and the attorney (Mr. Coseo) was asking me some questions. Apparently he did not like the "transaction" and in an extremely arrogant and dismissive way he abruptly told me that he did not want to represent me and asked me to leave. I was dumbfounded. Needless to say I found a great attorney who helped me tremendously and closed smoothly with no major issues.
