Excellent customer service! To be fair, I did not hire them....because the work I needed was not a right fit for their company. However, the woman I talked with was extremely friendly, and it was clear that she was interested in helping me. Even though she knew I would not be a client, she kept discussing what I needed and referred me to a type of contractor that I did not know even existed! I didn't know there were companies that focus only on doors and windows, but MC Mojave's representative made certain she heard exactly what I needed, and helped me know how to get it accomplished. Very thoughtful!

In March of this year I had bids done for a remodel. Chuck and Tim from MC Mojave came over to do the bid. They were patient and answered all my questions. They were not the lowest bid but I felt the best "vibes" from them.Long story short I have a new kitchen, bathroom, foundation repair, air conditioner, brick wall, new tile in living area and no more popcorn ceilings. What a great group to work with. Always polite, taking care of my property and my family with respect and patience. Here we are 4/5 months later and I still cannot believe how beautiful everything is. I am very pleased with the work. Great group of people.

I had MC Mojave demo my bathtub/shower and put in a wall to wall shower with a rain head. The tile work is amazing! The whole process took just over 3 weeks. Rick Britton (the project manager) is very thorough and professional and straight to the point. Charlie is an awesome ball of positive energy to work with! Tim could be a little faster at respond to phone calls/ emails but overall a very positive experience. :)

They are great. Chuck is direct and honest. Carlos and his guys were awesome. If we had an issue they were on top of it. Rafael the tile guy knows what he is doing. The flooring job he did was amazing. All around a great company to come in and do the job right. We definitely recommend them and in the future they are who we are going to use for future projects. PROCEED WITH CAUTION The relationship with MC Mojave started out great up to the point that Tim under bid the project and then tried to almost double to price for our kitchen remodel. Tim was eager to begin the demo of the kitchen and I am so glad that I waited to get all the final numbers for our project. It got to the point where they would not return calls. After making number calls into the office manager Danni (she is really the best person at Mojave) she was able to get Tim to return our calls and then it really went south. He used profanity (f bomb) numerous times on the call this past week and could not have been more rude. I then attempted to speak with Chuck (the owner of MC Mojave) and it took several calls to get him to return my call. He was not much more help and suggested that I look for another contractor. Pretty sad when you have the money to pay for a major kitchen and bedroom remodel and you receive this kind of treatment. PROCEED WITH CAUTION and watch for the bait and switch!!!!!!! Giving MC Mojave even one star is over rating them but was the only way to proceed to post this.
