When the two gentlemen came and picked up my father, they were very respectful of not just the family but in the handling of his body as well.  When I came into the office, Mr. McNeil was very helpful and didn't try to push additional services, etc.   He was upfront and honest about everything.  I am coming from the cremation services side.  When he brought my father out for the viewing, again they took great care in making sure that he was presentable, well my father was very handsome so he didn't need much help in that area, and left the room quietly so that family could spend time with my father's body.  I really appreciated how they made this process go as smoothly as possible.

Terrible. The wife who has nothing to do with anything has an opinion on everything. She has no idea how to deal with grieving relatives with any kind of tact or class. 

The director is mildly competent at best. He can't even type out an obituary or use a computer. He pretends to be half decent but isn't. 

Check your deceased loved one before the funeral. My relative was wheeled out with manky hair and dirty hands. After complaining, they propped up her hand on a furniture polish can to paint her nails a tacky pink color from 1983 right in front of me. Then acted pissed when we ask that they correct the problem. 

Spend a little more and go anywhere else.
