We only went here once and it was such a bad first impression. The restaurant was completely dead, so we thought we wouldn’t be long. We ended up waiting close to an hour (we ordered at the counter to-go). Someone finally came over and said “oh sorry we gave your order to someone else, so we’re making it fresh now”. Ok...weird but it happens. We get home and our order isn’t even right. They gave us someone else’s sandwich (I think it was beef and sauerkraut, we wouldn’t eat it), and the cheesecake we ordered and paid extra for fruit on cake plain and rubbery. I will say that he strawberry lemonade was good and the sandwich of mine that was correct tasted good as well. Over all though, it was a very bad first experience and we have yet to go back and probably never will. Unfortunate really.

It's filthy as others have mentioned. Although it may seem like they are listening to you when you place your order, they're not. No special orders they'll make it their way. As far as the foods concerned it's pretty much consistent with other locations. Although my colleague got what appears to be a 1/5 of a piece of bacon on their sandwich. To summarize: Service sucks, it's filthy, and the foods ok.

It is probably the best deli place I have ever been to but it has some changes I would recommend to change. The isles are pretty close together but it is still a good place to eat and I do recommend it to a family of 2 or more. :)

My manager just came back from your establishment. The discrimination she just received is beyond conceivable. How on earth do you openly discriminate against someone based on their outwards appearance? It is unjust and uncalled for. She is absolutely a better person than your employee! My manager goes out of her way daily for my coworkers and I. We are all different races and ethnicities. She will go out of her way time and time again to help others; no matter who they are or what they look like. I work side by side with her. She is one of the most kind hearted people I know. I do not know where you employee wants to go in life, but she will not get there being the way she acted today. The woman she discriminated against today, is a manager in a very large business. She did not get her position by ignoring and disregarding someone based on their ethnicity. Shame on your employee; a note to her: GOD DOESN'T LIKE UGLY.

If you're up for disappointment this is your place!! If you feel like being talked down to by 16 year old boy for being a woman take your place in line..... Never have I had to bus my own table in restaurant before. Not one table was clear. When my order arrived at my table my order was wrong and after being scolded by the "guy" behind the counter because I didn't make it clear what I truly wanted on my sandwich. My husband and I have been coming here since the place opened but this was our last visit and we will stop using them for catering for our business.
