Love the Spicy Turkey Melt!!  Loaded with a spring mix, fresh tomatoes, bacon, avocado, and a spicy chipotle ranch.  The bread is always fresh!  Ordering through the app saved about 20 minutes of wait time.  The Weatherford store is always friendly!   Great place to dine in or take out!!  Yum!!!   Update-went back on Free tea day and they were busy!  And still my order was processed quickly, the food still fresh, the service excellent, and the tea unbelievably good.  We got the 1/2 1/2 Tea with Peach purée and a lemonade tea-both outstanding!

Great place to stop by and grab lunch or dinner! We got the half spud half salad, the McAlister's wrap and the kids Mac and cheese with fruit and a cookie kids meals are only $1

I wanted to do this last night but got really busy. The food was amazing as always. But I have to say the lady taking care out your orders was so kind, helpful, funny and sweet. Every time we come in there she has a smile on her face and a warm greeting for customers. She’s always happy to see them, even the ones who I’ve seen give her a hard time. She smiles and tells everyone to have a blessed day. Thank you for for having people like this in your store. I wanted to take the time to recognize Melissa and let her know we appreciate her and hopefully you do as well.

I've always liked the food and service has historically been good...not so much this time.  Service was super slow and it wasn't that busy. I ordered the BLT. Good amounts of L and T but pretty skimpy on the B. And this is one of those premier sandwiches.Food: 3/5

I’ve always loved McAlister’s but after today I wont be back. I ordered about $25 worth of food and picked up my order from the pick up shelf. I didn’t think to check it because it’s usually right but when I got home I noticed I was missing half of my order. I live over 30 minutes away so I wasn’t going to go back so I called the store to see what they could do. Instead of refunding me for the items I was missing, they just offered me a coupon. I just feel like if you mess up someone’s order just refund them for the missing items. I wasn’t asking for a full refund or replacement, I just wanted a refund for what I was missing and all they wanted to do was give me a coupon when half of my order was missing. Not cool and you guys definitely lost a long time customer over this.

Went there for lunch before leaving. Ordered pieces of cheesecake to go. Regular cheesecake is what I ordered. I drive 30 mi home. Come to find out it's some kind of chocolate. Something that I didn't order. I call back up to speak to the manager. Not willing to do anything about it. Terrible service staff is lazy. The guy at the register had so much dirt under his fingernails. It was disgusting

I ordered a Southwest Avocado chicken salad with extra chicken+$3.00 for my mother who had a chemo treatment earlier in the day.  Got it home and it had no avocado and only 3.6 oz of chicken. For a 14 dollar salad my sick elderly mother was hugely ripped off.  I contacted the company about it and offered to send a video of the salad and weighed out chicken. They ignored me. I have to assume this sort of rip off is business as usual for this company. I'll give bad word of mouth about this business every chance I get.  Edit: 08/14/2022 My coworkers wanted food from here so I ordered takeout for them. It took 28 minutes longer than the stated pickup time and we were shorted a bag of chips. Which is par for this business, I've had to wait over 40 minutes past the stated pickup time before, and one of my coworkers is so used to not getting the extra sour cream he orders for his spud, that he also orders ranch hoping he'll get at least one of the two condiments we ordered and paid for.  If you're like me, you've noticed the ability of restaurants to consistently get your order right has gone way down hill over the last few years. Check out my other reviews to see which Weatherford restaurants are consistently good, and which ones are likely to give you a bad experience after you give them your hard earned money.

We ordered 35 meals for a rehearsal lunch. It didn't seem like enough, and we're told that's all. We had enough for everyone to get a long club sandwich some veggies a roll-up and chips, with a few left over for the groomsmen. I got a call coming home that we didn't get the other half of our sandwiches. A very nice young man apologized, offered to cut our payment in half, keep the sandwiches, gave us 4 free meals and delivered or sandwiches to our house with a huge appology. Not happy about the mistake, but we survived and serverved the sandwiches later before the wedding. Which helped  hungry youngsters and wedding party. I am Giving 5 stars because of the wonderful way this mistake was taken care of, more than fairly. Martha Holmes Wheeler, Dora Jones.

I would like to say how amazing the food is at McAllister's Deli in Weatherford, TX.   It is such a treat to go there.   More so, one person I would like to thank for always having the best attitude and runs such a great team is Homar Garcia.  He is the general manager.    He has such a positive attitude and amazing people skills.   He has gone the extra mile for my wife and I to ensure we were well taken care of.   For Homar, I think he just has an internal drive that makes him stand out and try to be the best person he can be each day.   It's a rare thing so I always feel obliged to say something when I find someone, especially in the service industry, who goes that extra mile.   I really appreciate him and, no doubt, the positive influence he has on his team.   I hope he has a long and successful career; he deserves it.
