I had the most incredible experience at McAlister’s Deli! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and attentive. The menu offered a fantastic variety of delicious sandwiches, soups, and salads. I tried the McAlister’s Club, and it was packed with fresh, high-quality ingredients that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable. The sweet tea was the perfect accompaniment to my meal, and I couldn’t resist trying one of their famous spuds as a side. The food was not only scrumptious but also served promptly. This is a place where you can enjoy a quick and satisfying meal without sacrificing quality. Whether you’re dining in or taking your order to go, McAlister’s Deli is a 5-star experience that I can’t recommend enough!
Shout out to Nathan for being awesome! As a cashier, Nathan is your first impression of McAllister's Deli, and his kindness and helpfulness will make your day. Similarly, shout out to the staff here, sorry I'm forgetting your names. God bless all of you here! McAllister's Deli is wonderful! They have delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads made with clean and fresh vegetables, and best of all, McAllister's Famous Sweet Tea!!! The sandwiches and salads are at the same price point as that of Panera Bread, and it's apparent that McAlister's Deli is a competitor to Panera. But what sets McAllister's Deli apart in the higher-end sandwich and salad industry is McAlister's Famous Sweet Tea! The tea is an experience. Make sure to fill your cup to the brim with ice, because McAllister's Deli brews its tea strong and hot. The tea is a perfect combination of flavors, from the earthy bitterness of black tea, balanced by the sweetness of pure sugar and the zing of freshly squeezed lemon! 5/5; highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Additionally, you can freely customize your menu options to remove the meat or poultry ingredients, should you desire a vegetarian meal but still wish to experience the signature menu items! Dietary restrictions: This restaurant's menu selections do include gluten, meat and poultry, and dairy. Parking: At McAllister's Deli, rest assured that you will find plenty of parking in the parking lot. Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid-friendly place! However, please exercise caution and refrain from giving your kiddos caffeine. Wheelchair accessibility: Aside from a door that you must pull, the rest of the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I placed my order on-line for pick-up. I waited 15 minutes and then asked why my order was not ready since it was supposed to be ready. The rude employee said. "if it's ready it's over there" and pointed to the PickUp shelves. Another employee made attempts to find my order. She eventually found it on the counter behind the register. Due to waiting so long because I could not get the employees attention I never got to eat my lunch. Plus the food was over cooked and did not taste good. To make this situation even worse, when I called and asked to speak to the manager, they hung up the phone. I don't know what happened to this restaurant but I will never go back. I now know why the parking lot is empty most of the time.
We were the only ones there and had to wait while the person filled her drink. Then the food wasn’t brought to our table. I had to go and get it. No apologies. Went to the restroom floor sticky and the toilet paper wasn’t in the holder. Nope very disappointed.Food: 4/5
App-order: download the app and get their delicious Lemonade for free like I did the first time. I had enough reward points and redeemed for a pick 2: half sandwhich and half spud. Roast beef and Swiss was a bit salty but the spud was delicious. Service was friendly, helpful, quick. Establishment was clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
Great deli style menu with good food. We picked up an order for 10 people right before closing yet they poured over our order to make sure everything we ordered was right. Wish there was one near us.Food: 5/5
The staff was kind, but service was sooooo slow. No obvious reason for the extreme delay in receiving food. They seemed to have enough staff and were not overly busy, but no one worked with any sense of urgency. It took at least 20 minutes to receive my meal on a weekday evening.Food: 3/5
We had the BLT-A sandwich and a side of soup. The sandwiches were fresh, loaded with bacon and hit the spot.Food: 5/5
The food was really good and fresh and the staff was very kind. I would highly rec this place. Thank you!Food: 5/5
If they get more than 10 orders, don’t expect to get your food anytime soon. We waited 45 minutes for 1 salad, even placing the order online. We never got it. Rude workers. Slow management.Service: 1/5
