I usually dont have any complaints on their food. But today, 2/24 my food order was all wrong, our spud was very dry and burned. My sandwich was wrong too. I ordered online for a pick up and, it's not fair that we just get home and our food is wrong. No time to go back and return food.Food: 3/5

Normally everything is wonderful here.  Yesterday my potato felt and tasted like it was baked yesterday and microwaved back to hot.  Even the cheese on top seemed old.  Hopefully next time will be better.Food: 2/5

words can’t express the gratitude I feel for this specific McAlisters . I’m pregnant and was going through a world of emotions before walking in and Valerie basically paid it forward for me . I didn’t mean to ask for much but water and a brownie and she was just the sweetest person. I can assume she saw my distress and wanted to make me feel better and it truly did. I got the French dip, and a pice of carrot cake. Delicious! That roast beef was a good quality and cooked just right. Carrot cake good too!Food: 5/5

I always have a good meal here and the staff is very friendly.  My problem is they are pricing themselves out of range for most people.  I understand costs have gone up but, the increases have been outragious.  I will continue to come back, just less frequently because of the pricing.Food: 4/5

Came to McAlisters with my large family. They were so accommodating and helpful with our order. Richard to our order and followed up after it was completed. He cleared our meal and even came to refill our drinks so we didn’t have to go back up to the cashier. Great food, great service. Highly recommend. Thanks Richard for making our experience fantastic.

Absolutely terrible service.  Online ordering didn't work, called in to place an order and it was just 3 people talking to each other who didn't know how to place a takeout order and I was told to wait for when the manager was available and they hung up on me.

They are consistent with the restaurants. No matter which McAlisters we eat at, the food it always good. We need to go here more often than every few years.Food: 5/5
