Waited over 30 in drive through line to receive order, that was placed 20 minutes before that. Really enjoy McAlister's food, but the quickness of the drive through needs vast improvement. Service has seemed to go downhill since they first opened.

Service was great when they first opened. Now not so much. Many times the staff is rude, items will be missing from our to-go orders. We used to eat here a lot, but not anymore. Shame too. As the food is pretty good.

Surprisingly good! The girls were very patient and nice since I was a newbie to McAllisters. Will make McAllister a frequent stop.

The staff was very nice, but the wait was too long. Some customers had been waiting over 30 minutes for the order. When I was ordering the employee had to check with the cooks to see if they had what I wanted. The food was good, just being honest.

Great sandwiches, but some occasional order inaccuracies. This restaurant is great as long as you double-check your order before leaving (specifically if you have customizations). There is often a long line during lunch, but the food is great if you're willing to wait a bit.
