I would never reccomend this law firm to any one!!!!!!!!  Kathy Mcarthur Is representing my mother in a simple accident claim that is now over one year old ,  they keep telling her that they are waiting on the V.A Hospital to take their fees out of the settlement which i am going to look into myself starting tomorrow because my mother receives free healthcare because my father died from war related issues and he was total and permanent disabled so i think they are trying to scam her but they better hope not , i will have my attorney  L.David Wolfe verify this info. This is the slowest law firm i have ever encountered in my life . my mother had broken ribs and has been healed and hasn't needed healthcare in quite some time now and yet she still hasnt been compensated , but when they initially took the case they was saying oh we will dothis and we will do that but they have not done anything that they deserve any kind of special credit for . i will be following up and spreading this all over social media to prevent any one else from falling for this ridiculous law firm . DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE OR LET THEM REPRESENT YOU FOR ANYTHING
