Our restaurant's history starts with Fat McBride's first venture into the restaurant industry, when he and his brothers would deliver sandwiches to soldiers passing through Wichita Falls. Over the years, the family slowly built up their restaurant business, and their legacy with it. That legacy is alive and well today at McBride's Steakhouse, and we honor it by staying true to the mesquite flavor that makes our steaks unique and the folks that join us for a good meal. We're as committed as ever to preserving our family's vision, and we aim to please our guests in the process.
