I've worked with them twice.  Saved me from going to court both times.  Prompt response and even my retainer money was given back quickly because we didn't have to go to court again.  Very odd other guide had a problem.  Principal of firm was very polite, but was straight to the point about what I could and couldn't do in my case and how expenses would be.  I found that honesty rare and others that work in the Metro East area know of him and backed my decision on using the firm.
