Server behind the bar refused a second drink - said she is not comfortable ?? No apology or reason. Do not recommend coming here with this kind of service and don't visit the bar when heavy one is serving. Reported this to the management but did not get any response.

Arrived at about 1:40 on 1/20. Waited until 2:20. Server disappeared right after we got there. Served another family. Came back out and was told "sorry, got stuck in the freezer." Guess she wanted to wait to come back until after lunch was no longer being served. No apology no nothing. Do not recommend coming here with this kind of service. No wonder the hotel parking lot is empty.

The food was fairly good for what you might expect from an "average hotel" captive restaurant. We stayed here at the Embassy Suite, for many weeks. We probably had over a dozen meals there. Mostly we went out for fine dining. Better than Denny's or many/most chain places. A few dishes, on a few occasions, were quite good, but in general, meals were plagued with inconsistency and mediocrity. Please note that we consider ourselves gourmet foodies and cook very well at home. Service was always very good. They have quite a few good beers. The burgers are quite good. I can also recommend the salads and flank steak. Often the salmon was overcooked or not really fresh. Did not care for the fried calamari or the fried oysters.

The service isn't spectacular but the more we went in, the more they paid attention to us. The atmosphere is clean but bland - needs character! Who is their decorator - kind of neglected in that arena. I go for the wings. Not a big beer selection.
