I am writing this review because I am currently helping a friend get her money back after she was told false information about the "comparison" quote she was given. 
She was convinced that she had to pay more for her insurance than was actually necessary. 
She was told that "State Farm" would charge her over $80 a month. I had talked to an agent from the local State Farm and was quoted $43.98.
My friend was flat out lied to over the phone. And convinced that for basic coverage plus roadside assistance would cost her $70.67 a month.
It is extremely unprofessional to lie to your customers. If she is refused a refund, I will be looking into taking legal action.
