I've visited around 5 dentists in my lifetime, and while this is not the worst, the mismanagement is a large problem. Waiting is the name of the game at this office.

 I've had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes each time I've been at the office, even though I've shown up on time. Also, while being numbed, I've waited for 30 minutes while numb. What finally made me want to write a review is waiting close to an hour in the waiting room, and not only not offered compensation for the wait, but being denied any sort of discount due to the long wait (Even 5% would have been enough)

Another gripe I had was that i'm not especially to the typical numbing agent that dentists use, they usually need to do something more powerful. I mentioned this, and proceeded to use what most dentists use. Lo and behold, it hurt again. This isn't unexpected, doctors often have to go with their own expertise.They gave me the stronger stuff for that vist.

What irritated me was that when I went in for a root canal the next visit, they proceeded to give me the weak stuff again,  then another dose of the weaker stuff, then finally they decided to give me the strong stuff, and it worked. This made me wait nearly an additional hour because with each injection, they had to wait for it to take effect. I feel this could have all been solved if they had simply made a note of previous experiences, and given me the numbing agent that worked in the past.

Overall, they do good work, and they are not so defunct as to warrant a one star, but the lack of recording on patient preferences, the long wait times, and the unwillingness to compensate a patient for those long wait times leaves with a sour taste in my mouth!
