The whole process was pretty painless. Prior to going in I had picked out a few cars I was interested in and was able to drive one home for self inspection thanks to Rick. Everything on the platinum certified checklist was correct and there were no hidden problems with the vehicle. Regarding the financing portion, I was able to make my own decisions regarding which warranties I wanted or not, and Rick as well as the McCurley team listened to my needs concerning payment plans. The entire staff was professional and there were no games nor a hint of untrustworthy attitudes. I am planning on returning to this business for my next vehicle because I know exactly what I am buying at McCurley Integrity Toyota. For future customers, I would just recommend do the research on the vehicle you want and determine what additional protection plans or warranties you need or don't need. Overall experience was great and had no problems.

Very nice people. I took in my wife's corrola for a recall and everyone was friendly and the service was fast. They even showed me some vehicles, I didn't end up getting one but the sales people were nice and I didn't feel pressured at all. When I do go looking for our next vehicle I'll remember how well I was treated and go here first. Rick was great.

We could not be more impressed with the customer service we received at McCurley Toyota. Initially took off on a Sunday drive with no intention of acquiring a new vehicle. We pulled over to check out a vehicle that we saw on the lot...& left with a new vehicle, from the lot. LOL. Po, Jeff, Larry, & Jacob made us feel absolutely awesome from start to finish. Every single step and detail was comfortable and efficient. We even had a 4 year old running around the showroom for 2+ hours and every single employee in the showroom stepped in to keep her occupied...that is impressive in and of itself. There was no competition, no slimy sales deals, just old fashioned-small town, honest business. I am fairly confident in saying that they have gained a customer for life. The customer service we received was honestly bar - NONE. Thanks for everything guys!

Rick is great at his job.  He puts you at ease and makes you feel totally comfortable with what you are purchasing.  Rick makes sure you are completely happy before you drive off of the lot.  Both he and Linda were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.  They honestly make buying a car an enjoyable experience!  We would not think of purchasing anywhere else.  Thank you so much Rich and Linda!

I worked with Rick, Julian and Po Chou going forward in buying a great car for my daughter from this dealership, came to a quick agreement on a great price for the Toyota Matrix. Daughter and us very happy with the out come of the whole process. Great people to work with.
