Had previously dealt with Mr. Mcdonald and had a very positive experience, however not today. I had arranged to have some work done and received a phone call advising me that he was going on holiday and couldn’t do the deal. When asked if he didn’t know he was going on holiday ( as he just came back from one ) and that I contacted them because he had previously done work for me, I was given no answer. Now I had to scramble to get a lawyer who could assist me last minute. Having worked in the financial sector my whole life, I find this to be very unprofessional and not the way a lawyer should behave. The least that they could have done was tell me sooner and not turn everything upside down and cause stress when it wasn’t needed. Sadly I had planned to use Mr. Mcdonald for other legal matters, however that will not be the case and I won’t recommend his services either.
