When I ordered my artisan chicken sandwich I had ordered grilled onions to be placed on it. I was eating & thought something tasted off. I realized they had forgotten to put grilled onions on it. When I went up to talk to the manager with blonde hair she was very rude, and sarcastic. All I had asked was to just recieve a voucher for free meal, and she exclaimed that they do not have those at all. She said I would have to give her my sandwich I had been eating, and I would recieve a new sandwich in place of it. I had already ate half, and told her never mind. She was so rude. I hope I never have to go back there again. Whatever happened to being curtious, and customer service? I was appalled at how rude she was. She really should know how to be respectful, as well as train her employees better. I never usually complain, or do one of these ratings. I couldn't just let this go though. Don't go to Waupun's McDonald's if you don't want to be treated so poorly.

One of my mcdouble patties was slopply put on to the SIDE of my bun and not only that my fries were cold after waiting 15 minutes hope to see some changes because in my opinion they should still be making minimun wage

Service is always slow. All day breakfast means a 5 minute wait (or 15) for items advertised on the menu at all times. Guest service should really become a priority at all McDonald's. Maybe try a free soda for waiting almost 10 minutes for food? Or something to compensate for waiting for an item advertised as AVAILABLE all day long. Also I feel like the prices aren't as good as they used to be. Not much of a value/dollar menu anymore not sure what happened with that.

I'm putting a star because I have to. Took forever to get service, they would rather sit and talk to each other. Then the food took about 20 minutes and all of the chicken tenders in 2 meals were disgusting, could barely bite through it. The managers just stare at you and then disappear. That place is always dirty. What a joke.

Live in Beaver dam, coming back from Oshkosh, got hungry and the wife and I wanted something quick. 15 mins after ordering we have to ask if our food is ready, with them doing a quick scramble to load a tray. We wanted a quick bite to eat, not wait that long for like barely warm food. Won't be coming back
