I tryed to thank THIS LADY TEDDY FOR FINDING MY DEBIT CARD. When I asked the manager Lisa if She was here. She replied in a nasty tone of voice . Yes shes busy. With out even asking me if she could help. But ahe did let me thank her. Thank you again Teddy .

Always VERY slow and usually wrong.  This has been ongoing for years through different managers and employees.  I just do not understand why when other McD's never seem to have the same issues that this location seems to have an issue EVERY time.

If I could I would give it to zero Stars. This place is poorly managed. People piled up waiting for food and nothing was being produced. Store manager didn't seem to care. Finally left without getting anything even though it was paid for. Cooking area was filthy which is one of the reasons we decided to leave. Hard to believe this is part of the McDonald's franchise

Service is slower than your average McDonald's here, taking the order is usually pretty quick, but then you stand around with fellow schmucks for 10-20 minutes before you get your food. (or more sometimes) 

It's usually a few minutes faster through the drive through because they are pushed harder to keep that line moving.

Hubba waa..another McDonald's that was slow...had our order wrong...and cold food!! Ok theres a real pattern here from Waupon, Portage and now Wautoma!!! Does that qualify as an epidemic?  lol
