I had to explain my order three times to the clerk. Still got the wrong thing! Went inside to have the correct it, and the lady asked me "Really?" And still made me repay for my correct order. Wasn't a hard order, just two mcchickens with light mayo. I was handed one sand which with only mayo.

I seriously need to take a moment and just share my experience I had at this McDonald's. My sister and I both work retail and we were just talking about how we hate people and how they can be so stupid at times. We then we pull up to the pick up window for food. Josh Beach, one of the managers at this McDonald's was seriously one of the nicest, sweetest, most amazing, happy, upbeat (especially for 10:45 pm), funniest, cool, people in the history of McDonald's employees. This guy, even though we couldn't have been in that spot for more than two minutes was seriously a godsend. We were just so overwhelmed by the amount of stupid that we see at work each day, it was almost as if God was like "Hey, watch this," and threw this amazing guy at us. His energy, even though it was fifteen minutes before close on a Friday night and there were at least four cars behind us, totally enveloped and cascaded through our car. I honestly think McDonald's needs to take him away from us and promote him. More businesses need people like him in upper management. Most people think of the employees at McDonald's as lazy and young miscreants that couldn't find anywhere better to work, but I would bet money that Josh is not only inspiring his employees but helping them see what they can do with their lives. And just for those people that think this is a biased review, I've never met Josh before but I do think that there is a certain lack of people like Josh in the world. So Josh, if you see this, just know my sister and I thank you for showing us some good on a night where we were both disgusted with humanity.

This McDonald's has gotten a little bit better. 

The workers at this McDonald's are fantastic. Although I'm sure they are stressed they still continue the job. Give them a break. Just sit and have a chat with them while you wait, it will pass the time.

Last night, showed up at drive through at 9:40 pm, ordered a chocolate shake with extra whip cream. Literally waited in line until 10:12, after paying I get to the window to receive my drink only to be told "Oh they didn't tell you? Our shake machine is down.". Are you flipping kidding me? I waited in line for over 30 minutes only to be told I can't receive what I paid for? Absolutely ridiculous. There is no reason for the length of time and lack of communication among employees and to customers. I'm absolutely DONE with this place. I don't know that I've had a single good experience at this location and I'm over it. Look at the complaints people, avoid this place like a disease.

Went thru drivethru, waited long time, I ordered a kids meal. When they gave me my order there was no sandwich had to go inside. Once I was inside, no one came to the counter. Very poor service
