For the last month I've stopped to grab breakfast on my way to work. So in those 7 or 8 times they got my very small 3-4 item order correctly. Usually two sausage McMuffins and one or two sausage burritos with hot sauce. Only once did they remember the sauce. I look every time and have to ask again for it. Same today and although I paid for a second sausage muffin.. nope. Wasn't there. I'm done with them.

Friendly staff, clean restroom, and fast service! As far as McDonald's go this is a good one. 

Yes it's fast chain food, but for what it is it's a good one! If need be I would definitely return.

Worst McDonald's in Marlborough,Ma....barley any of the wait staff speaks or understands english, they are rude, disrespectful and are always missing things off there menu entirley (when asked about things that they don't have they give an attitude and try to blame the customer) almost all of there new kiosks are broken and the place is out of order and uncleanly. If looking to go to McDonald's I highly recommend the one on Maple St in Marlborough instead.

The slowest service imaginable. Newly renovated with all the new bells and whistles: table service food deliveries, ordering kiosks. All stupid because the food comes out at the same pace, slow. Waited over 10min for a hamburger. No apologies. Went in at 130pm on a sunday. About 4 customers in restaurant, total.
