Worst service of my whole entire life. There is non - stop drug activity and prostitution going on here at any given time you stop here. I would highly recommended that you do not bring your children with u if u plan on going there. The managers are just as guilty as so are the employees at being involved right with all the bad stuff that goes on. The bathrooms- first of all always has syringes laying around in the stall along with drug residue all over the place in there so watch out. There is also human feces all over the bathroom walls everyday and nobody cleans it for hours. I understand it sucks that someone does that but they must hire someone that will clean it up everyday off the floors and walls and pick up those dirty syringes before a little innocent child gets stuck with one. I can't believe it stays open with all of the madness that goes on there on a daily basis. Well I'm sure this review will do absolutely nothing but at least I feel a little bit better writing this. Maybe I'll prevent even one person from getting stuck with a disease infested needle by warning them of how this despicable garbage dump operates. I wish I didn't have to give it the one star because it doesn't even deserve that. Good bye

I don't go to McDonald's anymore because their food is unhealthy. The only thing I come here for is their coffee and to use their bathroom. PS. Lots a bums begging for money.

Cold food and restrooms are discussing and me and my boyfriend got foodpoising one-time we were there. But it's okay i guess if you had better employees.

Double cheeseburger is so good. No pickles no onions just extra cheese n ketchup n mustard (they always forget my mustard lol)

As customer service goes for Mc Donald's this falls under even below just teenage angst bad customer service. First lady at window one was smiling told me to pull forward to the second window. I only ordered 2 drinks. So I was to pay at the next window. The woman took my card never saw her again saw the drink machine slosh my drinks around  now 2 to 2.5 inches below the top of the cup cups covered in soda. Supervisor hands me the beverages dripping not filled and says have a nice day.  I respond I never got my card back and can I get that back and some napkins to clean up the cups she seemed surprised I wanted to wipe up a wet cup  overall not impressed with the service I received at this location I would not recommend this location to anyone. There is one in Harborcreek on buffalo Rd and one on 12 and sass in Erie and one on Millcreek Peninsula Drive which are all a quick drive and will give you better customer service.
