Gross! It looks filthy in there. Employees are very rude and not very helpful with those bad attitudes. This place needs to be closed down. I ended up throwing out the cold food I was served, and bought my meal elsewhere in the mall. YUCK

I literally just got out the hip where McDonald's is located in. I had to deal with so much traffic & so many people. I decided to buy both my children happy meals.  I got my children  apple juice and I got myself a caramel frappe. The cashier repeated my order to make it was fine. I  got out the parking lot I'm 10 mins away from the mall , & my son asked me for his apple juice . It wasn't inside his happy meal so I thought it'll be inside the mcdonalds bag. Nothing was in the bag either! So now my kids are dehydrated & i got a long way home !  My kids are crying for their apple juice now 
Bad service, my kids just wanted apple juices but seems like they can't even get my order right

This is the worst customer service ever never get the order right and they act with a attitude like there doing you a favor of serving you no people just don't understand that a job is a job no matter what you tell them.hi and they just look at you like really its crazy.how people can be lime that .I bet when they get paid and go to a restaurant they won't lime them to treat them.like that I work at the mall and I will never buy here again

Slow slow slow slow.... Point of fast food is that it is being served FAST. This place is slow anytime of the day or night worst mcd in Chicagoland

Horrible service every time i go.. since i work in the mall im limited on coffee places. Next time i get attitude from a worker ill throw my coffee at them..
