Went into the lobby with a small group to get food. I went to the counter to make an order and was told I had to use the kiosk. I told them I'd really rather order with a person, they told me I wasn't allow even though there was obviously a girl at the counter with a computer who could've taken my order. The manager also came over and told me I had to use the kiosk. I ended up taking my group to Wendy's instead. Much better service there.

While my food was warm and prepared as expected I was essentially accosted three separate times by two different employees to come on over to their new consoles to place my order.
An obviously downtrodden "cashier" assured me that my coupon would be fine on the console and basically forced me to come over to the screen all while two corporate stooge clipboard jockeys looked on assessing his performance. This whole dehumanizing ordeal was terrifyingly underpinned by the sound of a second cashier shouting quite loudly at an Asian man who they couldn't seem to understand.
 I felt as though I was swept into a Orwellian fever dream.
After my cashier soulessly demonstrated the kiosk to me he handed me ticket and told me to approach the counter and to have my payment and coupon ready.
I stood in stunned silence as this same bizarre fate befell the new guests entering the restaurant.
Once my food was ready I started to leave and was pelted with a virtual barrage of canned niceties from the corporate stooges and three separate cashiers. I shall never return to this place.

Just stopped for a coffee and a soda today and used the drive thru service. The beverages were 👌,but the staff needs additional training with regards to.counting money. Our Bill was to $2.13. I handed the cashier $5.15 and then waited for my change back. I did receive my change back ( $ 3.02 ) after watching the puzzled look on the cashiers face and offering reassurance several times that that change back amount was correct. It's sad in today's fast paced environment,that simple monetary transactions are left to machinery rather than the employees ability to process easy math. Also sad to see an individual stressing out over basic problem solving scenarios. Anyways,for what it's worth the soda was cold, and the coffee hot at least

Check your bag before you leave, this is definitely a place that mixes up their orders. When they're on point, everything is great and they are very neat with stacking things in your bag instead of dumping your fries like I'm used to from other places!

Mcdonalds inside ordering just got a whole lot worse what was made to be faster just slows everything down, and if im paying in cash i still need a human ....this is fast food not Le Café.  I wanna burger now !
