My name is Rachel and this McDonald’s has disappointed me once again. 3 people went into eat tonight and they ordered me a meal to bring home. My bad ordered a  An artist in burger and they gave him chicken and my sister ordered a big Mac and never got her food they said oh I’m sorry must’ve been sent out so she had to wait and eat her food after but I was done when I brought my food home I ordered an arson burger too sweet barbecue bacon onion my boyfriend said everything on it there was nothing on it but bbq sauce! So as you can tell I was upset and called the store after it rang 20 times and it’s 10 o’clock at night by the way a girl answered and told me I couldn’t speak to the supervisor because they were outside and call back in 10 minutes how hard is it to get the order correct I mean you make a mistake yacht you fix it but then you sent ab so as you can tell I was upset and called the store after it rang 20 times and it’s 10 o’clock at night by the way a girl answered and told me I couldn’t speak to the supervisor because they were outside and call back in 10 minutes, The store has incompetent workers that do not know what to do none of us will be eating there at all we will travel all the way to Columbia Missouri

Mistakes on orders here are common.  Drive thru wait times are excessive. Drink station cleanliness is often sub par

It seems to be a major problem with this mc Donalds,more often than not, they would  be out or broken frappe machine. I know it's a running joke about the ice cream  machine but .... I hate to go thru the drive thru and waste my time to only find out I can't get what I want. With this being the only Mc D's within 15 miles you would  think they could do a better job.

Asked to pull forward and wait for my food 9/10 times. Simple order or two sandwiches and fries. I've lived in 2 states and 5 different cities and each McDonald's I go through usually has my hot food hanging out of the window before I even pull up. Instead I'm told to wait and I receive stale buns and a large fry you'd swear was a medium in a bigger cup.

This McDonalds has the worst tasting food I've ever had at any McDonald's restaurants. 

I have not been back to this McDonald's in 2 months because I hate them so much. 

Been eating McDonald's since I had teeth guys. You all are missing it.

There is never enough staff to cover the crowd of folks that pile in here to feed in the evening. Day service is a bit faster and fresher. The evening food is never fresh although you request fresh. Overnights have been much better the months of March- June. Now overnight is slow and the food is old.
