Totally screwed up the order. Asked for a receipt and they couldn't print one. Absolutely the worst experience I've had at a McDonald's ever. They need to focus more on training their employees and not just throwing them into action. The sandwiches were thrown together and the fries were soggy and nowhere near the delicious goodness usually associated with that product. Choose a different location and DEFINITELY avoid the store on Branson Hills Parkway. That one is worse than this one.

I am stating this out of genuine concern for one of your employees.

Little mix ups are okay, you usually hire young adults and it's typically not a job they are particularly passionate about, mistakes happen. You know, the size is wrong, or they mix up the condiments or just leave something out, it happens.

But it has come to my attention recently, that an employee here does not seem to know the difference between beef and chicken. This is a serious problem, as many people often order beef in the form of burgers, so you can imagine my confusion as to how 2 double cheese burgers, labeled and all on the packaging, magically became 2 chicken sandwiches. 

I kid you not, this was not a simple mistake, the wrappers literally stated the burgers perfectly correct, so who read that, and put chicken as their contents? 

Someone here is not being properly taken care of, and at the very least needs proper training in the difference of meat McDonald's offers. 

Thanks for nothing.

Will not come back in here in person. Even after I told the employee I didn't want to use the kiosk in an empty store he informed me he's forced to make people use it. Just so during rush hour people will use it. I will not use it if I'm forced to use it. If I say no, no means no. This was not right.

if I could give it a zero, I would. We ordered a "fried" chicken sandwich, pico, and guacamole.  The speaker then respond they don't have fries chicken, except maybe some nuggets.  Once we got the fried/crispy part out of the way it took the person three times to get the order. Then the crispy thing came up again. . Our grand total for one sandwich 11.00...

It was the longest wait and so much confusion behind the counter.  Very odd, not what I would expect from  McD's.  We ended up being here over an hours.
