Extremely slow service 9 times out of 10.

 I've been to this McDonald's, stood in line for nearly 10 minutes waiting to have my order taken, only for everyone else in line to warn me that they'd all already ordered and had been waiting for their food for over 15-20 minutes.

The drive-through routinely has a 5 minute wait to order and then a further 5-10 minute wait for your food. If it's not a standard burger and fries, add 10+ minutes to the wait.

The single positive is that this location is normally great about breakfast. In the mornings, the line moves fast and even large orders are quickly in your hands.

They were short handed. My husband stood to the side of the cabinet with a sack in his hand because it was the wrong order. After being ignored for five minutes he spoke up and asked "how long it was going to take for them to acknowledge him" when she came over, the manager, was rude. After she let the cook know what we needed, she left it sitting another five minutes. 
This is not the first time our family has had to deal with rude people and managers at this location. Harrah/Newalla rd. Harrah Okla. Too bad it's the only one within 20 miles of our home.

MCDONALD'S HAS VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE AND THE FOOD IS PRETTY DOG GONE GOOD I THINK IT'S ONE OF THE BEST PLACES YOU CAN GO TO GET GOOD FOOD & GOOD SERVICE. THANKS MCIKEY D' S FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION.   CHARLES WANZER

I’ve always had good hot food w/ the exception of their hash browns in the morning, pretty cool and greasy. They make excellent caramel iced coffee (my personal favorite)
Fairly new business, so they have nice clean up to date interior. Enjoyable to sit and hang out with my 2 year old grandson even though they have no play place for the kids. Drive-thru is pretty quick as well.

Just spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Literly, I actually got to the speaker to order, in10 minutes. My receipt says I ordered at 1:01 and I received my order at 1:16. What ever happened to speedy service at the drive-thru?
