Requested two double cheeseburgers and got two double cheeseburgers that must’ve been sitting on the shelf for at least three hours. The buns were rock-hard with little softness. What makes it worse, I witnessed the employee take beef from one hamburger on the shelf and place it into mine instead of making it fresh. Manager Ashley was so incredibly condescending, no apologies. Corporate was notified. This is the second time this happened in less than a month. Do not, I repeat do not eat here.

the girl working the register tonight was so kind.  my son dropped his whole order on the ground and she replaced it for free.  So kind!

We just went there about 15 minutes ago. As we’re leaving we always double check our food make sure it’s right. We ordered two double cheeseburgers with no pickles or no mustard. As we check our cheeseburgers there lettuce and no pickles. I go in and ask for an exchange. They give me my CORRECT order. I go back in the car take a sip of my “coke” and it’s Dr Pepper. We also ordered 2 orders 3 mcpicks 2 for 3 and both were of chicken nuggets. They have gave us 1 order of chicken nuggets. So In our whole complete order they only got our fries right. They were also cold. It was the worst experience I’ve had with that McDonald’s. Never going there again.
