this morning, i came to your store to get breakfast for my family. in my order, i got a sausage gravy and biscuit with extra gravy, and you guys ONLY gave me extra gravy. i called in to get it replaced and they said that they “couldn’t”. this has happened more than once. you guys never know what you’re doing. and you need to fix something or you’re going to be losing customers!!

This morning it was very quick and polite service.  This is much better than the service I've experienced in the past there.  Keep up the good work!

I had to wait 17 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and I was first and only in the line.. then was given a "free drink" card only if I purchase something. And then the food was cold!

This is the worst mcds ever..ordered a 4 pc kids happy meal at the drive thru...40 minute wait by the way...when i got my order the happy meal had 3 nuggets not 4 and nothing else in box! The slowest and worst excuse for fast food ever.  The staff is just as slow....

Don't go thru the drive-thru 15-20 minutes of wait time... something is just not clicking. Drive across town to the East store is quicker. Westside store bad bad flow and just way slow everytime. They need to evaluate and fix the drive thru. Did I mention how slow the drive-thru is....
