Everyone says its bad, but I haven't experienced it. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious. No complaints here, but keep in mind that it is McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's ever. 2 days now waited at the drive thru for drink only to find they don't have carbonated drinks and was also advised oil needed to be changed so fries were nasty. Also advised they were short handed after taking :20 minutes at drive thru. Ridiculous!!! Don't know why i keep going back to this McDonald's.

Stopped on way home at 11:30pm and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. Got home and no burger in the box. Went back and sat for 45 minutes and listened to a girl get very rude with 2 cars in front of me. She claimed tp be the manager

I figured it was time I voiced my opinion. McDonald's Texas City mission is not customer satisfaction. I'm rating this location a negative 1 star. Store Management needs a maintenance and preventative maintenance program. The people that's working at this location needs to be reevaluated. A customer service operation needs a customer service personality employee. This location need to stop hiring relatives and friends and start bringing in people that is capable of putting a smile on an angry face. 

Example #1: I did a 2 month test just to be sure about this. In last 2 months I went to this McDonald's drive through 10 Times and asked for a Hot Vanilla Latte. 9 of the 10 times the cashier told me the the machine isn't working. To me, I feel like I am being mistreated. It's never, "I'm so sorry for any inconveniences but our machine isn't properly working at this time but we do have a maintenance order in to get back online as soon as possible". It was more like, "The machine ain't working". What the hell??? 

My sister is a McDonald's Supervisor for 5 stores. I asked her is it a normal thing for this machine to be broke 90% of the time in 2 months. She said that's not acceptable. 

I am not sure who's running this location but I am sure who ever it is shouldn't be. The folks that's working in Texas City keeps this location profitable. We work hard for our money therefore I believe we should get some kind of appreciation by at least receiving good customer service when we choose your place of business over others.
