Not only will you encounter rude employees who make it seem like doing their job is the last thing they want to do, you will also encounter messed up orders and total chaos. Basically you pay for the privelege to be served poorly and incorrectly.

The manager accidentally did not put an item on my order. I offered to pay for the item when he rang it up on the next ticket. He insisted on giving me the item for free due to his mistake. I appreciate the customer service!

Typically use drive thru. They stay pretty busy being they are the only McDonald's in Snow Hill. The store itself is newly updated and nice looking on the outside and inside. Most of the time my order is correct, I have had that occasion in which my fries were cold or they forgot to give me an item I had ordered. The cashiers in drive thru are typically nice. I have had that run in with those that have attitudes and would like to be elsewhere.
