Sometimes you pull up to the drive thru in the mornings and the line of cars leads back to the road and you debate just getting back on the road and keep driving, hungry. But the Winnetka Ave Mickey D's keeps that line moving. Most of the cars are just there for a morning coffee. Never had a screw up with my order. The staff is always nice and cheery. The food is always... well... McDonald's, but I don't cook, so if it's between that and starving it's "Hello Ronald and friends".

I used McDonalds mobile order. Had the confirmation code, screen shots of the location and time of order, as well as order details. The order did not register in the system. When I talked to management, they would do nothing to rectify the situation even though I literally had evidence of my order. Manager said there was nothing they could do... they could at least fulfill the order that I paid for and proved that I paid for. Very displeased with their service and unwillingness to satisfy paid customers. At minimum if Corporate is having trouble with the app, the franchise should provide the order and document the issue with them. Extremely incompetent management skills at this location.

Some of the better service I've gotten at McDonald's. The interior design is spacious and there's ample parking. I was a little confused by how to exit the lot, the lines on the ground indicating left or right turn lanes aren't very clear.

Food is consistent, and the manager up front always does a great job. I wish I knew her name so I could give personal recognition.

This is the most archaic McDonald's I've ever been to. They don't even have much for drink choices, no wonder soda is cheap here. I ordered two drinks and settled with water, as there were no non-carbonated choices. I will not be coming back.
