This place is so unprofessional.  The soda has too much ice. You sip your soda 4 times and it's all gone. Bought a 4 piece buttermilk chicken tender and they tasted as if they were fried with something else and they set somewhere for a while
 Stale and nasty.  The staff is rude. Nothing compare to the McDonald's back home.

I recieved a cold cheeseburger and cold fries  everything was cold in general. The cheeseburger was then over heated and was not pleasing to the eye at ALL. Substandard experience all around one of the worst Mc Donalds I've ever been to in my life. Someone from corporate headquarters needs to inspect the McDonalds.

Always busy,  so you will most likely wait 10 minutes for your food.  But love the high speed wi-fi and large spacing.

This location is advertised as 24 hours both online and signage at the location, however the overnight staff routinely ignores cars at the drive thru until they leave. If they are feeling attentive someone will announce “Systems down” after a five minute wait. No explanation as to what this means and no answers if you ask. Spoke to Ronny the manager today and was told it’s when they roll to a new day. Previously during this period you could pay with cash. Ronny didn’t mention this when I spoke with him until I brought it up. All he said was I’ll take care of it. Didn’t ask for my name or number, nor apologize for the crew refusing to take orders. The Getwell Rd McDonalds has the same system reset yet manages to sell food cash only. Not only poor crew training and oversight at the Airways and Goodman location but very rude and dismissive staff on the overnight crew.
