Came in to have a good lunch with my son & little sister. Didn’t enjoy it at all. The manager was arguing with other employees. She was very rude. Short Hispanic lady, in a pink shirt. I guess she’s the manager. Took forever with orders

I've been to other McDonald's that actually take pride in being clean this place is nasty. The floor is black and sticky, under the tables water puddles trash flowing out of the bin and housing. Not to mention the attitude at the front counter when greated. Homeless people taking showers in the bathroom. Never coming back here again the managers need to get it together. This is sad kids come in an eat here.

The worst McDonald's ever. I've given them two chances but never more. On my 1st visit they had ran out of several items that I requested including chicken tenders. I ended up with no food on that visit. A month later I reluctantly tried again because it was the nearest one. I ended up regretting that decision. My food was stale and unpalatable. I couldn't stand it anymore and I returned my order for refund. I told the manager that the location on Ramona Expwy always makes the tenders big and juicy unlike the dried out jawbreakers they served me. The manager offered to cook a new batch stating that the order I had just wasn't fresh.

I ask for fresh, said I was willing to wait, also explained that the last time I was there I received something very similar to the picture attached last time I was there. And  I'm given this again. Workers that care about their job are so hard to find these days. I would like to say  Thank You to the manager though. She was polite gave me my money back. I'm also sorry I directed my attitude towards you. I wish the guy would have came back on the Mic when I came back.

Seriously the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They now have kiosks to order from, we’re standing there waiting to have our order taken and the employees are LEGIT staring at us instead of showing us the kiosks. “Do we just order on here or are y’all gonna take our order?” This idiot looks at her coworker, coworker looks back and then turns to us and says “well i mean it’s up to you.” If you had been at the register to take our order then YEAH, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN UP TO US!!! But when we don’t have a choice cuz y’all aren’t doing your jobs, at least show us how to use your new damn machines!!!!! To add to it, every table we went to sit at, was dirty as hell, the floors were DISGUSTING, and basically the employees suck. Lol i just can’t with this place. AND!!! The meat inside my mothers Big Mac looked as if it had been sitting out for hours or even days. It was bad. There was one employee who mentioned to a customer she had just started working there last week who is the only one i will leave a good review for. Unfortunately i did not get her name.
