Service was horrible. They wouldn't even take my order at the counter. They told me to use the kiosk and they would get to me when I could. Screw that, I went through drive through. Finally got my nuggets and they were still frozen in the middle and the fries were too salty to eat and was told I couldn't get a shake because the shake machine was down. That's no surprise as I get told that every single time I try to get a shake at a McDonald's. This was no fluke by the way, I have never received good service here but I attend school a block away so it is too hard to get to another MC D's

The drive thru wasn't working at all tonight. There were only two workers. But these workers did better than a entire crew.

Service is awful. Employees are more interested in socializing with one another rather than doing their job. It took them 30 minutes to get out a simple order. Even after the order was brought out, it was missing parts of the order.
