I should not have to ask for fresh food or hot food. But I guess it's a good thing, reminds me not to eat here

They have machines to take your order and they still get your order wrong, I don't understand. Always check your bag before you leave this place, because they're always forgetting something. Their fries are rarely good, most of the time the fries look soft/soggy and taste either old or like they were under-cooked. I wish the employees here did their job with care, then I wouldn't have to ask for refunds and drive somewhere further.
