This review should be minus 5star. Served me a sausage egg Mac harder than the floor it may have come from. Hash brown re fried with enough grease to change oil on car. Told manager to try eating the ridiculous rat poison they served me. In fact told her to view it because I’m sure she wouldn’t serve it to her kids or family members her ignorant self loves. Her solution was I will refund your money because we aren’t going to take the time to serve it fresh and right. I gave her the option to make over fresh for me or refund of course corrupt service provider she opted for refund 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️😡

Now that they renovated it, and it's nice & clean, I would recommend it. The food is good if you like McDonald's food, and the service & employees are helpful and pleasant, and easy access right off 5 freeway on E. St.👍😊

Do not take this warning lightly people. A friend of mine let me in on a little secret years ago that is true to this very day, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FRIE$. The employees at the Big M are notorious for trying to pass out stale cold fries. The fresh fries and the cold or hot stale ones, is equivalent to picking which chair to sit in electric or non-electric. Which would you choose?

Clean, fast service but it wasnt busy. Has the touch screens for ordering. Have to ask an employee to unlock the restroom each time.
