People here don't care. No ketchup no mustard add mac sauce. What's so difficult about that? Gotta come back twice cause the first time was ketchup and mayo second ketchup and mac sauce. Jobs not hard look at the damn screen or ticket for the order I worked at a McDonalds for 3 years in highschool. Never sent a stupid sandwich out like that. If I did mess it up I'd feel like a retard and remake it.

My experience at this McDonald's was horrible. I have never been treated so badly. When I got home to eat my chicken tenders they were burnt and so hard I could have chipped my tooth. I called and talked to the manager Rosalinda and she took my name down and told me I would have a credit for my tenders. When I returned to the store I spoke with the manager Juanita Gomez and she told me she did not know of a credit in my name. I asked her to check and see if my name was wrote down and she made an excuse saying that it would be in the office. But she didn't check at all. She lied and said she called the manager Rosalinda and that she knew nothing about it. I then showed her my receipt and she still would not honor my credit. I asked for a corporate number and she gave me a false number twice. She then told the clerk to close the window on me.

This mcdonalds has a very rude women working here especially if they miss up your order which is evety single time i take my kiddos here the Women working the register has no clue what she is doing then the manger doesnt even want to help het if mcdonalds hadn't taken all the playgrounds away and replace them with computers i wouldnt even go back but since we have no choice since its the only on close to us that has a play ground i think the general manger or someone that cares about their customers should really fix this it is totally insane the rude women was a manger and if she worked for me she would be fired you dont treat your paycheck thay way and that is what we are to her is just a paycheck ill make sure i get her name nxt time i was so upset that i didnt need to say anymore to her missing the good customer service these days.

I ordered an iced latte with an extra shot. I paid $4.59 and received a cup of luke warm milk, no ice, I walked in to add ice...did not have time for a re-make...coffee is important and if you're going to charge $4.59 it needs not to suck.

There are some very rude people who work there, I was ordering and the woman was throwing a fit because I made her change ftom 2 ice cream cone to 1, she was making a big deal like its so much energy just to press a few buttons. I called to talk to the manager and she just hung up on me once she knew I was complaining. Worst ghetto McDonald's I've ever been to.
