Fast and friendly. The food was hot and fresh definitely can tell a difference in food quality compare to most McDonald's. The food was steamy hot and taste delicious not soggy and not hard like overcooked french fries. This would be my rated #1 place to get my food now on.

Hands down the best drive-thru in Starkville to get caught up on your favorite television shows while idling in your vehicle. Fans of lukewarm fries and crunchy hamburger buns, this place will never disappoint. It's also great that they hire folks who can neither speak clearly nor perform simple math because everyone deserves a chance to shine.

Service has gotten much better, food is now fresh(for the most part). I'm generally not picky about fast food but this location has had a reputation for bad CS for quite a while. It seems like they cleaned house and everybody is nice.

If you go during the day you’ll be fine, but if you go during the night shift then prepare to be amazed by the stupidity of these workers. First off, they’re extremely rude. If you go through the drive thru into the second lane even if there are no cars in the first, they will ignore you. Then if you wait for 10 minutes and someone pulls up after you in the other lane, they will take their order first, continuing to ignore you (This has happened every time). They always claim their ice cream machine is broken when in fact it is not. They have made a hot fudge and then turned around and said that the machine is broken to me when I ordered. Also, if you want a Signature Crafted sandwich, this is not the place to go. They couldn’t get my order right after 6 tries, and even tried to pass off a Big Mac as my order. They couldn’t make the right sandwich when the instructions were right in front of their faces (they have pictures how to make the sandwich in front of the burger line). So if you want cold food and the wrong items, go ahead and go here during the night shift. But beware of the rude tattooed worker who makes the burgers at night. If he doesn’t like you, he will refuse to make your food correctly even if it’s his fault it was messed up in the first place.

The food is usually subpar but it's what's to be expected at McDonald's, but God help me it's cheap, fast, and usually just what I'm hankering for!
