If I could give this place no stars i seriously would. Their service is horrible. The worst McDonald's i have ever been to by far. Super slow & most of the time super rude. Last time i was dining in with my son & husband and the staff we're cursing at eachother. A time before that I was in the drive threw and they asked me to pull up and wait after I already waited at the window for a 20min. So I told them that i will continue to wait there because I was in a hurry. The manager came to the window and told me i can either pull forward or get a refund. So needless to say i got refund

I live near here so there is no other option. Don't know why but I love the coffee, go in every day sometimes twice a day. In the afternoon, they take their time and do it right, every morning it's wrong. Never the right cream or sugar and it ruins the coffee. Wish they cared more about this.

By far the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. The food always seems like it was made the previous day, never tastes freshly made, and the staff isnt helpful or professional. It is definitely worth driving to the Lincoln Park or Southwest mcdonalds.

Lost 200 dollars there....Had just stopped at the ATM and withdrew a certain amount of money..Order a Large Mocha Frappe...gave a 20 and got my change...went NOWHERE else that day....bought nothing else...didnt pull out my wallet again that day...went to leave the house the next day...counted my money...200 was missing....all my 50's...i had just gotten them from the ATM and they was crispy...the ONLY explanation was they was stuck to the 20 that I gave...there is NO other explanation...the 50s had to be stuck to the 20s...i did not notice till the next day and have no proof but it's the ONLY logical explanation considering my movements or lack thereof the next day....its a shame young kids these days have no moral fiber...i understand I should have been more careful but it's sad and my bad...times are tough for everyone but I dont necessarily blame McDonalds...i blame the parents of this thief...just was but I learned a valuable lesson...stay out of the McDonald's in Rouge!!!!!!

Food is always cold. The staff is unprofessional and use inappropriate launguage even with children in the lobby. They just don't care what they talk about very loudly. They take a while to even acknowledge you are there and that is ordering inside.
