Went to West Linn location at 9:45 pm. Food was ok but the staff was unprofessional! A employee came in from five guys and yells to the McDonald's employees that he knew and they all we're chatting! Plus playing horrible music! Growling type music! I get it's Friday night and it's McDonald's but when you can't wait to get out of there that can't be good! We typically don't go in because we don't like the atmosphere.But tonight I talked my husband into it because I wanted my food to be fresh! Can't say I'll go inside again!

Place is awesome, super fast drive through. From order to finish it took 2 minutes. I stop by when I drive 205.

I dislike visiting this McDonald's more than any of the others I have ever gone to. 1. The morning manager is rude, and she acts as if I am a vagrant coming to beg for food. It feels to me as if she has judged me, and therefore I am a waste of her valuable time. 2. She passes her attitude along to the crew under her, and it's unfortunate. I have had crew members apologize for the way she talks to me. 3. The food on their menu is more expensive than other stores (i.e. a snack size McFlurry is $1.00 everywhere except here. At this store it is $2.09. Similarly, they charge $2.99 for the regular size.) When I questioned it, she looked at me like I was ludicrous. She said, "they have always been that much." I explained that elsewhere they were $1.00. She replied (quite rudely I might add) -- ""I don't know of any store that has them for a dollar." I just stopped going there. Too many others to choose from, and I could recommend lots of those M/cDonalds".... the ones where you can get a snack sized McFlurry for a dollar!

Went through the drive-thru and ordered the new chicken tenders and had to wait 5 minutes at the Reserve Drive Thru. This means that we got fresh made tenders.

We ordered 2 large cokes. We paid and she told us that she would meet us at the last window. There was nobody ahead of us in the drivethru. We waited 10-15 minutes for those cokes. Next time it takes that long, i am going to demand my money back
