Everything hot and fresh. Employees all friendly and fast. And everything correct. It couldn't have been better

Took 20 min to get my $7 burger and got nasty black lettuce on it and child fries. Plus I didn't get my employee discount. I had to punch in my order on the kiosk, get my own cup, fix my own drink, and walk my own food bank to the table. So far from what I can tell I've done more work then the manager. No one is getting receipts or order numbers and the few people that are working are constantly calling out order numbers and no one knows when it's their food until they announce what's actually on the tray.  This is ridiculous

Friendly enough employees, but the inability to make an ice coffee boggles the mind.  I started my new commute on 20 June making this the only option for Ice Coffee on my route.  I have stopped 26 times, today they messed up my coffee for the 15th time, they were kind enough to charge me .39 cents extra to screw it up.  There is a up charge for extra cream that I didn't order.  Every time I stop I order a Ice Coffee cream and sugar.  No flavor, I have tried ordering it the way one lady told me to as a Ice Coffee plain.  That has gotten me black coffee, coffee with cream only, coffee with sugar only and one ice tea with cream and sugar.  I have received flavored coffees multiple times, it is amazing that as I watch the tally I have a 43% chance of getting what I ordered.  I'm beginning to think a detour to somewhere else and just marking McDonald's off the list is my only option.  I've spoken to the manager and he doesn't seem to see a problem.  If my employes could only get it right 40% of the time I would be ashamed of myself.

They are not very good at getting the order correct and they will not honor the Mc D apps when the code fails to appear even when it's clear your launching the app and it is said what the deal is with expiration. Do yourself a favor go 5 miles up the road to the one next to Kroger. Much better staff and better service. I made the mistake if giving them another chance and they lived up to my rating if I could take the one star away I would they don't deserve any. Had to go to the other MC D to get my mobile order and the manager didn't care or even bother to make it right.

Typical McDonald's.The Drive-up window service was reasonable but quick. There's still a need to improve the speaker quality. At times it becomes very difficult to understand what is being said.
