Waisted my time and money!!! never gave me what i orderd.... Then I ask them why I had been waiting so long just for my drink they looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.... All I can say is if its that hard to make a drink.. How the hell do you dress your self for work????...... Never again!!!!!

I only give it one star because it's not possible to give zero stars. After waiting almost 20 minutes for food in the drive thru, I realize our food was given to another customer. Add more wait time. Finally, we got the food and there was no receipt, no sauce, and no straws. They did give is two cheap pies that had an "enjoy by" date and time that had already passed. Of course, I would not have expected any better because they have NEVER gotten my order correct.

The management there are very rude! The only one that is nice and caring toward customers is Domonic McDonald. She is a sweetheart. I went there and one of the crew members handed me my food in a paper bag...mind you it was 12 double cheeseburgers and 4 mcchickens...and the bag busted and my food feel into the floor. Instead of the manager making new burgers or even helping get them off the floor, she stood there asking everyone "What do I do?" Thankfully there were 3 sweet customers that helped me get my food from the floor...I wasn't offered a refund or new food...NOTHING. I ended up wasting over $20 in food because I had to throw it out!!!! Unless Domonic is there I suggest DO NOT EAT HERE. I also witnessed one of the managers making people's food with no gloves and without washing her hands. Ahe dropped the mcmuffin on the floor and picked it back up and proceeded to make the sandwich and sent it out like that!!!!

Seems like there's always a malfunction here if it's not the ATM card reader out if order for days at a time then it's today's breakdown if the ice cream machine. Seems it's always something here not working. However I must say the employees do a great job with what is working on any given day though

The most ignorant employees I've seen at any McDonald's. They'll read your order back to you then still manage to charge you for something else entirely at the first window, then give you only half your order at the second window. The girls at the drive through windows are beyond rude. I'll never be back here. When I had to go in to get my food, since it was missing and I wasn't about to wait in that line again, I did come across one decent employee. I'm not sure what his job is there or his name. He's an older dark skinned man who was very sweet & polite.
