Found a blond spider in my drink. Called and got attitude and told it wasn't their problem. I know it came from their ice machine and that means improper cleaning. Will never return, also food was undercooked and incorrect

Was formerly a 3-star due to a rude employee, come to find out he was fired for just that. Good management call! Apart from that, everyone else has been great to me, consistent with McDonald's quality and wait time (very short wait time), buttermilk crispy tenders are phenomenal! Closest McDonald's location to me, so any time I go to one from home (honestly not often anymore, nothing wrong with them but I make different choices), cannot complain.

I always check my good because my son gets his bacon dbl chz burger pain with only a few veggies on it.. They forgot my daughters 10 pc nugget meal.. Go in.. All food and receipt in hand and the lady has the nerve to say she knows she put them in there! Meanwhile they say they haven't put chic nuggets down lately! Laughs on you! While we waited 5 mins and my families food got cold.. Not even a sorry..
