Gave me no ice (at all) in my drink. They said they couldn't add ice back because it would splash everywhere. I asked for a cup of ice politely and she said that would cost extra. How am I supposed to drink my diet Dr. Kelp without ice?

Only clean McD's around. Most McDs resturaunts are staffed by unprofessional people with old, cold, thrown together food products. McD's overall has gone down hill
