Customer service has gone out the window. What happened to this family oriented restaurant? Now you have managers cursing at workers in the back to make chicken nuggets all the while a five year old waits. Not to mention cashiers eating in front of the customers while taking their order. How is anyone to feel about that? Let's not forget the teenagers that work in the evening cursing, playing on their phones, making out in booths while in their work attire, and messing customers orders up. If you have a family I would not bring my family to this McDonald's anymore. Find one that is family friendly.

I would definitely not give any stars to this "restaurant" I waited 20 minutes for my order to be ready from the time I placed the order, to when I got it, seems like the employees here don't care about either treating people with dignity or respect, the food was not the best prepared either.

It's not only this restaurant in the chain but others I've visited in the past as well, that have very poor customer service.

They fail time after time, it's the only consistency they have.

Friendly, clean, and lots of seating. Great area for families with kids to eat and play.  Even a bathroom in the same area. Only 4 stars because we had to remind them about our double quarter pounder.

Food is good but being it's a fast paced hurry up and make it, lots of mistakes happen. It's still pretty good place to grab something quick.

The only good thing McDonalds serves is the Mcgriddle. It seems there is always that one employee who is a jerk no matter what McDonalds I visit. I can't remember the last time I have visited a McDonalds and it was clean to the point of me noticing. I'm just not big on unhealthy McDonalds.
