The girl that brought us our meal was cheerful. So my comments are not about her, but the overall direction of McDonald's. My impression of that direction is " the least we have to interact with our customers, the better!" Don't bother us!Food: 4/5
Pleasantly surprised, fries were piping hot freshly made. My ice cream cone came with a perfect swirl. Fast service and very friendly lady at the counter.Food: 5/5
Usually I have a great experience here it’s my local McDonald’s and I bring my bike in because we live right next to the bike trail but this morning I came in and this lady told me over and over I can’t come in with my bike I tried to express it’s 1500 dollars and I don’t trust leaving it outside just really ruined this spot for me sense I always have my bike and will not let it get stolen
Can someone from corporate go to this place in the evening? They close at 9:00PM 95% of the time and they’ve messed up our order so we return back and they say theres nothing they can do because they are closed. Its happened an abundance of times and its constantly an issue to the point where we have mobile ordered and they say to go get a refund. They messed up our order. They've missed items or burnt cookies and its tragic every time.
The food and service is good. My only issue with this McDonalds is the bathroom. I’ve been to this location many times and the bathroom always smells terrible. It smells like I imagine a sewer would smell. On multiple occasions I stopped in to use the bathroom then grab a bite to eat before hitting the road. But I lose my appetite and just leave.
Not sure why this location says 24 hours. Pulled up to the drive thru after verifying on google and the mcdonalds app the hours. It was 9:30 pm. Was told they were closed. What the heck!Food: 3/5
It sucks that you have to give one star because I want to give negative stars. This is the absolute worst experience ever. Had it at McDonald’s 30 minutes for one hash brown and one Mc griddle while all the employees argued with each other and the manager threatened to walk out because she was arguing with the workers Should be ashamed of these employees. I wish I would’ve recorded it.
Came to the drive thru, no one answered when we pulled up. We called out several times but no one answered. When we pulled up to the window, there was a male worker, standing texting on his phone. Clearly ignoring us and choosing not to take an order. This occurred on 6/30/24 at 9:30pm. Whoever was working that shift needs to be fired.
This McDonald’s is very disorganized, probably because people are eating elsewhere most of the time anyways. Lots of people with incomplete orders and little structure. An extra star because the bathroom was very clean according to my wife. It’s also expensive for a McDonaldsFood: 4/5
Typical McDonalds. They’re the big dog because they’re consistent. This location has inside dining open but the soda fountain is closed. Close to the highway for easy access.
