Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and a 4 piece nugget. Got4 piece nugget meal and a 4 piece nugget. Great granddaughter was very disappointed.

Horrible experience. Had to walk up, as we were in a semi, tried pre ordering, doesn't do a lot of good when only drive up is open. It was cold and windy. They didn't have all items available that was placed on on line ordering, we had to reorder and went to truck to wait. It was ridiculous.

I was a curbside pickup and it took more than an hour before I got my food I ordered 3 medium coffee and got small one of them no ice and they only gave me half a cup. If I could put zero star on the reviews I would.

Couldn't use the kiosk to order. Employees were kind of lost trying to use the code from the app to take the order and even tho I ordered to dine-in my order was served to take out.

The East side McDonald's is the best! Never have food messed up and everything is always good.

Unprofessional and speed of service is extremely slow. Employees are rude and do not listen to customers. I would not recommend or return.

Ordered caramel macchiato's and they tasted awful. They was watery and ice was melted. Like they was made for someone else by mistake and served to us. So disappointed and shocked. Haven't been like this before. Bad enough changed cup sizes.

Doing. The best they can they are working hard with limited staff keep it up.
