Usually when I go they don't have icecream machine working or frappe machine . I went for breakfast and ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes came home and had no hotcakes I called and let them know they just said come back and they can fix it i didn't even bother t go back so I just won't go there the food is never fresh anyways .Food: 1/5
I took a 5 year old to this franchise today. She was excited, anticipating playing in their playroom. So we began eating there when an employee told us to leave because they couldn’t air condition the section. She kicked everyone out like it was our fault or something,and we all had to move to the over-air-conditioned main dining area. So we took our half-eaten meals and moved. There were multiple unhappy kids and parents. Ridiculous! Whoever owns the franchise needs to turn on the air. We won’t be going again. Disappointed!
There's been multiple occasions where this workplace has messed up an order of 2-3 items. I don't really like the new policy of how they are limiting the amount of condiments you can take either. The playplace is still my favouriteService: 2/5
FOOD POISONING!!! My kids got food poisoning after eating here. They should pay attention to the dates of the food before it expires or maybe it wasn’t fully cooked. I didn’t eat anything but my kids both got a cheeseburger and just a few hours later they felt sick and started vomiting. DONT EAT HEREFood: 1/5
Bathrooms had cockroach's in them they also smelled horrible. The whole place had this musty odor to it. Tables were not clean, and chairs had liquids spilled on them. Flies were everywhere swarming the crumbs. It's one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.Food: 3/5
Today at 2:53pm I went through drive through and placed my order and spent over $50. I order 2 Big Macs meals that come with FRIES and drinks. I also order 20 peaces of nuggets 2 spicy mac chickens 2 LARGE FRIES and I asked them to ADD extra bbq n sweet n sour. When I picked up my food and the 2nd window I chelxnwd to make sure I got everything and at the moment it did seem like I did. I pulled away and I noticed that I was missing 2 medium fries for my 2 orders of Big Mac. I drove back not even 5 minutes went by. I went inside the store and i asked the cashier lady she was white and looked older I didn't see her name. I told her that I was missing 2 medium fries that are supposed to come with my Big Mac meals. She went to go.talk to her manager and said that the combined my 2 medium fries with my 2 large fries order together! I told her why would they do that. I didn't ask for that she said that's how it comes when we order a side they add it together! Like what the hell! Who does that! She went back to her manager and the cashier lady said that they are going to give me a side of fries but that I would have to play! I told her why would I pay for something that I didn't even get! She stated that I got 5 fries. And I told her I only 2 large fries only and that I'm missing 3 medium fires that come with my 2 big mac meals!!! The manager said she was the one who bagged it..but when I asked her if she remember if she bagged 2 MEDIUM FRIES too she didn't answer. She just turned around have me 2 fries and walk away. What kind of a manager does that. She had a horrible attitude especially the cashier one. The manager was admitted about me being wrong and she being right. I offer ro being my 2 bags in. So that she could see how she bagged the food. She said no. I do not appreciate the attitude i got from them. And the fact when I told the cahier lady that I wanted to talk to the manager she clearly said " she's too busy right!"!! Should in the right mind denied a manager when a cuatoner is upset and wants to talk to them. I am beyond disgusted with how it was handled!!!
The food was so expensive and the food was bad, it was sloppy and nasty looking. It tasted worse. My fish witch sandwich was hard and overcooked It looked like they shot the tarter sauce at it and missed. I will not go back there any time soonFood: 1/5
I am very disappointed at this location the food I received was cold and didn't taste fresh. The fries were limp, and the burger was lukewarm. Disappointing experience overall, I only frequent this location due to its proximity to my home but this last timeFood: 1/5
Ill never vo to McDonald again. I bought a hash brown and an egg mcmuffin it was 10 freaking dollars. I can go to a little cafe and get a superb breakfast or Dennys for just about the same price. PEOPLE WE NEED TO PUT OUR FOOT DOWN AND NOT SUBMIT TO ALL PRICE GOUGING.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ MCDONALDS ON HENDERSON. Waited forever for this sandwich only to open it and see this BLACK BURNT BREAD, OVERCOOKED CHICKEN. tried calling to fix this problem, CRYSTAL refused to help us, and give us cooperates number. Told us to give check the receipt for it. Terrible food and terrible customer service.
